If you miss a few days in-between each challenge, that’s ok. Just come back for the next challenge. We’ll even send you email reminders. You don’t have to be a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana member to participate, so let’s get started.

Whether you 2 Step, tango or twist, a little dancing can be a fun activity to help you move more. If you don’t know how to get started, take 2 minutes and learn the Louisiana 2 Step. Just grab a partner or grab a chair and 2 Step your way to a healthier you!
Leader puts left hand in partner’s right and places right hand on partner’s waist. Partner places left hand on leader’s right shoulder. Clasped hands should be held high.
The 2 Step count is a simple step-together-step-touch. The step is always the same foot for each four count.
