ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey, lean
- 1/2 cup oats, regular, dry
- 1 large egg, whole
- 1 tbsp onion, dehydrated
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 °F for 25 minutes or to internal temperature of 165 °F. Cut into five slices and serve.

Add chopped onion, peppers, celery to boost nutrition. Also, use an alternative to ketchup to help (i.e. tomato paste, low-sodium soy sauce, or sugar-free ketchup).
