Avocado Salsa

A great addition to any party!

Serving Size: 1/4 Cup

ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsps lime juice
  • 1 large jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 large avocado, diced

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except avocado. Add a dash of salt. Cover bowl and refrigerate. Add avocado just before serving (can be prepared 2 hours ahead).
