ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg light cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded light, low-sodium cheese (part skim mozzarella, light American, etc.)
  • 8 medium whole-wheat tortillas
  • 4 tbsps salsa
